Then the refrain: Jai Dev, Jai Dev…
- Verse 2

Then the refrain: Jai Dev, Jai Dev…
- Verse 3

Ramdas, the servant of Rama, waits for you at home: you whom the greatest gods worship, come to us in trouble and keep us safe at the last hour.
Then the refrain: Jai Dev, Jai Dev…
How to sing it
- When · Morning and evening through the days of Ganesh Chaturthi, at the end of the daily Ganesha puja, and on Sankashti and Angaraki Chaturthi. It is usually the first of the aartis sung.
- How many times · Each verse once, with the refrain after it. Many families sing the refrain twice each time.
- With what · Wave a ghee diya or camphor in slow clockwise circles before Lord Ganesha while everyone sings, claps and rings the bell. Offer durva grass, red hibiscus and modaks.
- Words · Say “nuravi”, nu-ra-vi, in the first verse, not “nurvi”: it means “leaves nothing of”, so no trouble is left.
